California Residents - Your Privacy Rights

As provided by California Civil Code Section 1798.83, a California resident who has provided Personal Information to a business in connection with a personal, family, or household business relationship may request information about disclosures to third parties for direct-marketing purposes.

A business may comply by publicly maintaining a policy not to disclose customers' Personal Information to third parties for direct marketing unless the customer affirmatively agrees, and by providing a cost-free way to prevent such disclosure. We do not share information with third parties for their direct-marketing purposes unless you affirmatively agree, typically by opting in.

To prevent disclosure for third-party direct marketing, do not opt in. If you later want a third party to stop using information, contact that third party directly. California customers may contact us for further information. We are required to respond to one request per customer each year and only to requests made through the stated contact method.
